Early Repayment. In the event that the Borrower elects to repay the Loan prior to the Maturity Date, the Borrower shall also pay an Early Repayment Penalty of 5% of the principal amount, with a maximum not exceeding the principal amount.
No insurance will be taken on client's behalf regarding the disbursed loan.
The borrower will be entitled to a 2-day cooling period from the day the loan is disbursed.
It is the policy of Kumbi Beat Holdings to obtain money judgment against all delinquent borrowers when settlement of the loan default cannot be achieved.
I undertake to repay the loan amount on due date(s). No penalties will be charged if repaid on time.
All statutory disclosures have been made to me and the dispute resolution process has been explained.
I am in a position, financially and legally, to enter into this agreement.
I have, to the best of my knowledge, truthfully disclosed all relevant facts regarding my current and expected future financial position.
I consent that all legal means can be employed by the lender to establish my creditworthiness.
I undertake to inform the lender of any change in my particulars in due course.
The loan agreement has been fully explained to me and all questions I asked were answered to my satisfaction.
Fraud Declaration: I confirm that all information and documents I have submitted are true, accurate, and authentic. I understand that providing false or misleading information is a criminal offence, and that Skycap Loans reserves the right to report any suspected fraud to the Botswana Police Service and relevant financial authorities.
Debit Authorisation: I hereby authorise Skycap Loans (Kumbi Beat Holdings Pty Ltd) to debit my nominated bank account for all loan repayment instalments as agreed, on their respective due dates. This authority shall remain in force until the loan is fully settled or until I provide written notice of cancellation, subject to the terms of the loan agreement.
